Applications for the Aerius Imaging System
ELISA detection can be converted to near-infrared FLISA detection on the Odyssey System.
Involves substitution of IRDye 800CW® Streptavidin for the horseradish peroxidase conjugate
Eliminates the enzymatic reaction and the need to time and stop the colorimetic reaction
Allows dry assay plates to be stored in the dark and imaged at convenience
Completed easily in 2.5 hours
[ABOVE] Protein A Standard was assayed, replacing the streptavidin peroxidase conjugate with IRDye® 800CW Streptavidin. A) Odyssey image of standards assayed in duplicate.
