FLISA
Application Overview
ELISA detection can be converted to near-infrared FLISA (fluorophore-linked immunosorbent assay) detection on the Odyssey® CLx or Odyssey Sa System.
Involves substitution of IRDye® 800CW Streptavidin or IRDye 680LT Streptavidin for the horseradish peroxidase conjugate
Eliminates the enzymatic reaction and the need to time and stop the colorimetic reaction
Allows dry assay plates to be stored in the dark and imaged at convenience
Completed easily in 2.5 hours
