ODYSSEY® CLx

Applications for the Odyssey CLx Infrared Imaging System

ELISA/FLISA

Application Overview

ELISA detection can be converted to near-infrared FLISA detection on the Odyssey System.

  • Involves substitution of IRDye 800CW® Streptavidin or IRDye 680LT Streptavidin for the horseradish peroxidase conjugate

  • Eliminates the enzymatic reaction and the need to time and stop the colorimetric reaction

  • Allows dry assay plates to be stored in the dark and imaged at your convenience

  • Completed easily in 2.5 hours
