Longest Reads and Superior Accuracy

  • 1000-1200 base read lengths
  • 99% accuracy at 1000 bases

e-Seq uses an advanced base calling algorithm that trains itself and adapts to the data as analysis progresses. Analysis of 3-dimensional, high resolution image data extends read lengths up to 1000-1200 bases per sample with 99% accuracy at 1000 bases.

A 3-dimensional plot of image data near base 1100. For increased accuracy, e-Seq analyzes band morphology during automatic lane finding and base calling, rather than just analyzing an intensity trace through the center of the band.
