Odyssey software includes tools to rapidly scan and quantify
samples in microplates!
- Grid tools let you add arrays of shapes (circles
or rectangles) to quickly quantify microplate
scans.
- Grid templates allow you to predetermine
grid size, placement, and spacing. Templates
for standard 96- and 384-well microplates
are included.
- Grid sheets show integrated intensity in
tablular format that matches the microplate.
- A plug-in architecture allows optional analysis
modules, such as the In-Cell Western plug-in
software, to be added without changing the
core functionality of the scanning software.
