IRDye®Optical Agents

IRDye near infrared fluorescent dyes are leading the industry for setting new standards for protein and cellular assays, microscopy, and in vivo molecular imaging. These dyes have excellent water solubility, near infrared (700-800 nm) emission wavelengths where autofluorescence is low, and minimal non-specific binding.

LI-COR is a leading manufacturer of in vivo imaging agents. These agents are labeled using IRDye near-infrared dyes and developed systematically to ensure excellent specificity. To learn more about the development of IRDye Optical Agents, read our article, A systematic approach to the development of fluorescent contrast agents for optical imaging of mouse cancer models pdf

NEW! IRDye 800CW 2-DG Optial Probe

2 channel Mouse
Two channel image. The white light channel was used to create the grayscale image and IRDye 800CW EGF Optical Probe was used to label a subcutaneous tumor for imaging (pseudocolor) in the 800 nm channel.
