Glass Slide Microarrayer

A simple and flexible system to make your own protein microarrays without major setup hassles or costs. This system provides you:

• Convenience—print your own microarrays from 96-well plates.

• Versatility—spot your samples as duplicates, triplicates or more.

• Enhanced Features—print up to 768 spots per array. Print duplicate slides at the same time.

• Spot Size—500 microns in diameter.

• Spot Pitch—1,235 micron on horizontal axis and 750 microns on the vertical axis. You can change pitch easily by skipping rows or columns.

Nitrocellulose Slides (25 per pack) Nitrocellulose coated slides offer a greater binding capacity than other matrices for protein array applications. Coupled with infrared detection, the background fluorescence is significantly decreased, resulting in a higher signal to noise than traditional fluorescent detection methods. Glass Slide Arrayer Replicator Features two rows of 4 pins on 9mm centers for 96-well microplates. Used in conjunction with the Glass Slide Indexing System, 768 spots (~500 microns each) are placed onto a grid 18 mm wide and 36 mm tall on two separate slides. You can use as few spots as your samples require. Order Now: LI-COR part number 926-30062.

Glass Slide Indexing System Unique spring loaded locating feature stabilizes either 1" x 3" or 25 mm x 75 mm glass slides 1 mm thick. The spring-loaded locator will hold irregular slides up to 25.9 mm (1.02") wide and 76.36 mm (3.007") long. Thinner or thicker slides can also be accommodated. Microplate Indexing System Registers Replicator pins to the center of microplate wells for consistent diameter spots. The indexing system helps keep track of source plate position and allows more uniform sample acquisition. Order Now: LI-COR part number 926-30064.

Array-Pro® Analyzer 4.5 Software Array-Pro Analyzer 4.5 sets a new standard for automation of spot identification. A patented grid overlay to define the spots of interest takes advantage of the inherent periodicity of spot placement. The benefit is the ability to reproduce exactly the same results of analysis from user to user. Through computer algorithm automation results are absolutely repeatable.
