ODYSSEY® Sa
Upgrade your Odyssey Sa Imaging System with the Odyssey Sa Express Automation Software to automate plate-reading. This is ideal for large In-Cell Western™ assay experiments, ELISAs, or other plate-based assays. With the Odyssey Sa Express Automation Software and either a 30-plate or 50-plate BioTek® BioStack™ Microplate Stacker, your lab's throughput can increase dramatically. The barcode reader accessory (P/N 9260-61) may be added to any Odyssey Sa System for plate tracking.
The automation software options are additions to the scanning features already present in the Odyssey Sa software, which include:
- Two-color scanning for simultaneous detection of two protein targets or the use of one channel for normalization
- 20-50 µm resolution
- Scans standard microplates
- Scans membranes or gels with the Membrane Carrier (P/N 926-73000)
- Integrates scanning and automatic analysis for In-Cell Western™ assays
- Simple to operate
Odyssey Sa Automation Features Include:
- User's choice of fully automated or interactive analysis of scanned images
- Integrates with plate stacker to serially scan up to 30 or up to 50 microplates per run
- Express run templates allow you to save configurations for an entire stack of plates
- During a scan, each plate is scanned analyzed with In-Cell Western analysis software and data is detailed in reports or data files
- Automatic output to a network location in delimited text format for spreadsheets, laboratory information systems, or analysis software
- For repetitive runs, scanning is as simple as choosing an express run template that defines scanning and analysis for up to 30 or up to 50 plates
