LI-COR Biosciences offers a range of secondary antibodies for Western blotting, In-Cell Western™ Assay, immunohistochemistry, and many other applications. IRDye secondary antibodies are highly cross-adsorbed, making them suitable for two-color detection. They have been optimized for use with the Odyssey family of imaging systems and can be used on instruments with similar excitation and emission filters.
IRDye 800CW Secondary Antibodies
IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies are the antibodies of choice for a wide variety of applications in the 800 channel. IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies can be used for 2-color detection when multiplexed with IRDye 680RD or IRDye 680LT secondary antibodies.
