IRDye^® Terminator Mixes

LI-COR's IRDye^® 800 is used as an infrared label for standard labeled primers, custom primers, IR-labeled phosphoramidites and a novel family of non-nucleotide terminators called AcycloTerminators™ (PerkinElmer Lifesciences). IR-labeled terminators afford even greater flexibility to the research that can be accomplished with the 4300 System. Infrared dye-terminators typically deliver 1000 bases per sample (model 4300L), making them ideal for gap closure and finishing applications. Terminator reagents also provide excellent results for PCR products, production sequencing with unlabeled primers, and primer walking.
