KBPlus Gel Matrix

[ABOVE] KBPlus is delivered in three ready-to-use
concentrations.
LI-COR's new KBPlus Gel Matrix is specifically designed to optimize read length, accuracy and run time with LI-COR automated infrared DNA analyzers.
KBPlus is easy to use. Each bottle of KBPlus contains acrylamide, urea and TBE buffer. Just add TEMED, 10% APS, and pour the finished gel solution into the gel apparatus.
KBPlus Buffer packs contain pre-measured powder for one liter of 10X TBE. Simply add water and mix.
There are four KBPlus products:
3.7% Gel Matrix for 66 cm, 0.2 mm gel apparatus.
5.5% Gel Matrix for 41 cm, 0.2 mm gel apparatus.
6.5% Gel Matrix for a 25 cm or 18 cm gel apparatus (0.25 mm thickness).
10X TBE Buffer.
KBPlus is also available in economical combo packs that include both KBPlus and 10X TBE buffer.
