HRP-Conjugated Secondary Antibodies

These secondary antibodies are purified from goat antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography. The antibodies are conjugated to the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme and are used for the secondary detection of mouse or rabbit primary antibodies.

HRP-conjugated antibodies can be used for detection of Western blots. Conversion of chemiluminescent Western blots to the near-infrared can be achieved with the Chemi -IR^™ Detection Kit (LI-COR Cat# 926-32234 or 926-32236). Incubation of Western blots with the Chemi-IR antibody enables detection of HRP-conjugated antibodies before or after chemiluminescent detection. HRP-conjugated AffiniPure IgG shows minimal cross-reaction to species referenced in each pack insert.
