IR Size Standards for LI-COR DNA Analyzers

• Even band intensities

• Double bands help identify band sizes

• Bands cover the entire size range with a spacing
  of approximately 50 bases

• Available labeled with IRDye® 700 or 800 infrared dyes

Sizing Standards are ideal for determining fragment size on a LI-COR DNA analyzer. Three standard sets are available with a range of IRDye infrared dye-labeled fragments. The 50-350 marker set contains 15 bands and is designed for sizing bands from microsatellites reactions for allele identification. Concentrated 50-350 size standards with 14 bands are also available for use with 96-well combs.

The 50-700 Sizing Standard has 18 bands, spaced approximately 50 bases apart. The larger size range of the 50-700 Sizing Standard is well suited for AFLP® analysis.

All IRDye infrared dye Sizing Standards contain multiplets for simple identification of band sizes. The 50-700 Sizing Standard contains multiplets at 200/204, 350/364 and 495/500. The 50-350 Sizing Standard contains multiplets at 200/204 and 94/100/105.
