Two-Color Protein Molecular Weight Marker

The two-color fluorescent protein marker from LI-COR^® is visible in both the 700 nm and 800 nm channels on any of the Odyssey^® Infrared Imaging Systems. It is supplied in ready-to-use form. A grayscale or pseudo-colored image of the two-color marker can be viewed, exported, stored in a lab notebook, printed, and used for publishing when you need to have the marker visible in both channels. This two-color marker contains 12 proteins ranging in size from 7.5 - 250 kDa.

One-Color Protein Molecular Weight Marker

Odyssey^® Protein Molecular Weight Marker provides a ladder of convenient, consistent sizes. The markers include ten protein bands from 10 to 250 kDa (see image), with molecular weight shifts of 5% and minimal band broadening. Three reference bands at 25, 50, and 75 kDa are three times as intense as other bands. The molecular weight markers are confirmed by migration in a Laemmli SDS-PAGE system.
