IRDye Infrared Dyes - See Beyond The Visible

space

IRDye near infrared fluorescent dyes are setting new standards for protein and cellular assays, microscopy, and in vivo molecular imaging. These dyes have excellent water solubility, near infrared (700-800 nm) emission wavelengths where autofluorescence is low, and minimal non-specific binding. Use IRDye infrared dyes for labeling nucleic acids, antibodies, proteins, peptides, viruses, cytokines and chemokines whenever you need bright signal, low background imaging.

Glycoproteins

Glycosylation is an area of post-translational protein modification receiving more attention by researchers as potential cancer biomarkers. Attachment of the sugar chain to the protein determines whether the interaction is deemed N- or O-glycosylation.
