In this experiment, there were 8 samples: Listed in order rows A-H:
A: Drug 1 treated non-infected mouse (control) lung
B: Drug 2 treated non-infected mouse (control) lung
C: Placebo treated non-infected mouse (control) lung
D: Drug 1 treated (4 hours pre-infection) FluA infected mouse lung
E: Drug 2 treated (4 hours pre-infection) FluA infected mouse lung
F: Placebo treated (4 hours pre-infection) FluA infected mouse lung
G: Drug 1 treated (24 hours post-infection) FluA infected mouse lung
H: Drug 2 treated (24 hours post-infection) FluA infected mouse lung

Each sample was run at 3 dilution points: 1:2, 1:10, 1:50 each in triplicate.
Columns 1-3 are 1:2 triplicates, columns 4-6 are 1:10 triplicates, columns 7-9 are 1:50 triplicates.

Columns 10-11 are standard curves in 1:3 dilutions. Column 12 is sample negative
