LI-COR Biosciences offers a unique opportunity for college students through its Career Development Program. The Career Development Program provides internship opportunities that involve students in real-world experience. Interns work on projects that impact our customers and business. We provide students with an opportunity to better understand and develop their strengths in the business world. Our interns don’t sit on the sidelines; they are an integral part of the team!

What we offer

These are paid internships.

Our interns do real work. They receive hands-on experience and are given significant projects that impact our business. Some of these projects may include:
- Assist on developing future projects
- Testing equipment features and applications for future customer use
- Conducting market research that will help guide market strategies
- Conducting experiments for existing and new products
Interns have an opportunity to uncover their strengths through the Gallup StrengthsFinder® and receive one-on-one strengths-based coaching.
Interns are valued and have the opportunity to participate in LI-COR sponsored teams, have access to the on-site workout facility and on-site catered lunches, etc.
Interns are encouraged to attend company activities and events

What is available

We take pride in involving our interns in real projects, so the type of internships will vary based on business needs. Common internships that are available are in the following areas:

Engineering
Marketing/Advertising/Communications
Sciences: Chemistry, Biology

The Career Development Program is offered to summer interns and may be offered during other semesters depending on the number of interns and business needs.
