Announcement: New Service and Calibration Facility in Europe

LINCOLN, NEBRASKA - LI-COR announces the availability of a new calibration and service facility in Bad Homburg, Germany for our European Distributors. The new facility will reduce service time for re-calibration and repairs for customers in Europe.

Customers requiring service should first contact their local distributor to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to sending an instrument for repair or service. European countries without a local distributor may contact LI-COR GmbH directly.

The facility offers fully automatic, software-controlled calibrations for CO2 , H2O, Pressure, Flow, Temperature, and Light parameters for the following instruments:

All standards are traceable to international standards. CO2 calibrations are traceable to international WMO standards.

Local distributors are still responsible for most repairs and service that do not require re-calibration of an instrument.

We trust this facility will increase the level of service to our customers in Europe and maintain the high level of support that our customers expect from LI-COR Biosciences.
