The LI-7500 comes with a CD that includes all software listed below, with the exception of the LI-7500 Instrument Software. 

Future upgrades of all LI-7500 software will be available on this page.

The LI-7500 software consists of instrument (embedded) and Windows® Interface Software. To avoid a configuration error upon initial connection, update both embedded (instrument) and Windows interface software.
