LI-840 Calibration

The LI-840 does not require factory recalibration, which saves time and money.  The LI-840 does require occasional user calibration (setting the zero and span).  A zero and a span gas are required for CO₂.  For H₂O an airstream of known dew point to set the span is required.  The LI-610 Dew Point Generator can be used for the H₂O calibration procedure.  The calibration procedure is done using the Windows® software or the XML communication protocol.
