The LI-840 offers the following choices for data output:

• Windows® Interface Software
• Analog Outputs
• Digital Outputs
• XML Communications Protocol

The Windows® interface software is used for setup, calibration and data collection.  The user can easily set operational parameters, and logging and charting options.  For example, the user can choose to set a high and low alarm.  After parameters are set, the main window displays continuous gas concentrations and other status indicators.
