The LI-840 comes with a CD that includes all software listed below except for the LI-840 Instrument Software. 

Future upgrades of all LI-840 software will be available through this page.

The LI-840 software consists of instrument (embedded) and Windows® Interface Software. To avoid a configuration error upon initial connection, update both embedded (instrument) and Windows interface software.
