LI-6400/6400XT Calibration Information

Calibration

• H2O Calibration (6 points, 3 temperatures)
• CO2 Analyzer relinearization (13 gas concentrations at 3 temperatures)
• Flow meter relinearization (7 different flow rates at 3 temperatures)
• Pressure transducer calibraion
• Temperature sensors (block, air, leaf)
• Quantum sensors (internal and external)

Tests and Maintenance

• Test CO2 Injector for flow and stability
• Test pressure drop on chemical tubes, repair tubes if needed
• Clean sensor head, if needed
• Change detector housing chemicals
• Check and repair any air leaks in the system (inform customer of leaks found)
• Check gaskets and chamber propafilm, replace as needed
• Lithium coin cell battery changed as needed
• Replace internal air filter
• Replace hoses and other air supply parts as needed
• Upgrade software to the most recent version (user files should not be affected, but please download a copy of all important files before sending to LI-COR)
• Other repairs and maintenance as needed
