File Exchange and Simulator/Control Software

The file exchange software below is used to download data from the LI-6400 to your computer. The simulator/ control software allows you to simulate the LI-6400 software on your computer to recompute data files, etc. It can also be used to control the LI-6400 remotely.

A/Ci and A/Q Response Curve Analysis Software

This software eases response curve parameter calculation, improving interpretation and statistical comparison. It uses your response curve data to calculate compensation and saturation points, as well as efficiencies. It is useful for research and teaching applications to model the response curve impacts of parameter changes. In addition, the software will:

• Plot your data and show curve fits, while allowing you to adjust parameters to improve the iterations
• Import data directly from your raw LI-6400 files, or any comma separated data.
• Allow text file results (*csv) to be exported and used in Excel or SAS.
• Provide a useful tool for research and teaching applications to model the response curve impacts of parameter changes.

Insect Respiration Configuration Installer

For use with the 6400-89 Insect Respiration Kit, this software installs a configuration file onto your instrument that, when selected, adds the Respiration Rate to the New Measurements screen to display insect respiration in units of µg CO2/g Insect/min.
