    Hello,

I’m trying to run EddyPro in batch mode to process Sonic anemometer data. I had made the same question in a previous post, but it was closed for comments so I couldn’t reply. http://www.licor.com/env/forum/?topic=how-to-write-output-files-every-24h-or-running-daily-folders-in-batch-mode/#post-8073.

One user told me that an answer would be to Create a script that edits the variables pr_start_date and pr_end_date of the processing.eddypro file with the dates I want to process (24 hours time period) and then run eddypro_rp.exe, and then do a script that calls the previous script for a given day. However, I don’t understand how I can edit the variables pr_start_date and pr_end_date without opening the EddyProGUI, this is from a BatchFile. I’m using a windows machine. Thank you for the help, and for the user that helped me in the previous post.
