Hi, We have install two eddy flux towers in a salt marsh and a brackish marsh, with Li7500 and CSAT 3A anemometer. Now I found that one anemometer always have some problem, its data seem good in several days, but geting very extreme in the other days. I am not sure what’s the problem. Can any one take a look at the data, and help me to fix it? the anemometer data was through aux input to GHG data file. So the Aux 1 to 4 is anemometer data.
