    Hello,

I’m trying to format a file with 1Hz measurements from a T/RH probe to include T and RH in my flux calculations, and also as an output variable as well. Based on the EddyPro manual. I’m planning on converting my files to the following format:

    TIMESTAMP_1,TIMESTAMP_2,TIMESTAMP_3,TIMESTAMP_4,TIMESTAMP_5,TIMESTAMP_6,Air Temperature,Relative humidity,
    yyyy,mm,dd,HH,MM,SS,Ta,RH,
    2016,06,10, 00,00,00,….

    2016,06,10, 00,00,01,

    2016,06,10, 00,00,02,….  etc.

But I don’t know if EddyPro will be able to read the seconds that keep on changing, as there aren’t any seconds in the timestamps labels/variables in the EddyPro manual. I would appreciate any idea on how to incorporate T/RH measurements at 1HZ in EddyPro.

    All the best,
    Sebastian.
