Hi Guys, I’ve got an unexpected and new problem with my LI6400xt. It is showing negative values of humidity. Since we have already interchanged chambers and consoles and everything was correct, we suspect of some problem into the console itself.
Could you give some light on such mistery?

    Thank you in advance
    Fabio.

    Hi Fabio,
The LI-6400XT calculates humidity from the temperature and H2O readings in the sensor head. One of those must be reading unreasonable values for RH to be negative. If H2OS is unreasonable then it could be due to a poor calibration or matching, low signal strength, or cable issue. If Tblock doesn’t look reasonable (line G in New Measurements) then the issue might be the sensor or the cable. Troubleshooting the H2O or temperature readings is described in chapter 20 of the LI-6400XT manual.
