    Hello,
Is the first time that I’m using Eddy pro. I read the manual I tried to follow all the steps, but I can’t get it to process my data. The program accepts the file and identifies the timestamp but not create the output file.

    Hello Maria,
These types of errors typically mean that there is an error in the metadata describing the data. Are these files text or binary files?
The best way to describe the data is to open it in Excel and describe it as you see it in Excel.
Also make sure that you have marked any non-numeric columns with the appropriate Numeric-No option.
It would be helpful if you can post a sample file, the metadata file and the project file you used.
