EddyPro 4.0 is here!

EddyPro 4.0 is the latest version of the open source software and allows experts and those new to the Eddy Covariance method the ability to process flux data by offering an Express Mode and Advanced Mode for processing flux data.

In Express Mode, data is processed with commonly used settings, requiring minimal user configuration. The new Advanced Mode presents a large variety of choices for experts who need flexibility and control over data processing options.

“In the Advanced Mode, researchers have extensive data processing options for any site and setup along with comprehensive spectral assessment and frequency response corrections using both analytical and in situ methods,” says Dave Johnson, LI-COR product manager.  “Another new feature the Advanced Mode offers is the ability to integrate data from bio met sensors (radiometer, soil heat flux plate, precipitation gauge, etc.) into your flux computation.”

Data output for EddyPro is compliant with GHG-Europe and Ameriflux standard data submission formats. EddyPro also includes a thorough Help System that provides guidance for advanced settings and a detailed explanation of processing steps.
