LI-7200 Software
Windows interface software (included) allows for easy configuration of the LI-7200. The intuitive user interface provides full control of logging configuration options, auxiliary inputs, and data outputs.
The LI-7200 measures carbon dioxide and water vapor concentrations, and provides data and metadata in a form readily available for computation of the flux of these gases into and out of ecosystems. To process fluxes, LI-COR provides EddyPro™, a powerful application that computes fluxes of momentum, carbon dioxide, water vapor, methane, and other trace gases with the eddy covariance method. In Express Mode, EddyPro quickly processes data with commonly used processing options. Advanced Mode presents a large variety of choices for experts who need flexibility and control over the data processing options.
For GHG system users, integrated CH4, CO2, and H2O data and metadata files can be logged to the LI-7550 USB drive. Metadata are information that describe the raw eddy covariance data, and give details on where and how the data were collected, what instruments were used, and how the data are arranged in the data files. The metadata are automatically read in EddyPro for rapid flux processing.
