Lymphatic and Vascular Imaging
IRDye 800CW PEG administered intradermally at the base of the tail illustrating lymph vessel and node.

Vascular and Lymph imaging with IRDye 800CW PEG IRDye 800CW PEG has been shown to effectively visualize the lymphatic and circulatory systems in nude mice. The NIR advantage of lower background noise and autofluorescence facilitates the detection of fine features including lymph and blood vessels, and areas of enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) in early tumor microenvironment development(1,2).
