Pearl® Imager Embedded Firmware

If the embedded firmware on your instrument is listed in the table below for your instrument model and software version, do not upgrade. If your instrument's embedded firmware is not listed for your model and software version, contact technical support to upgrade.

Find my software and embedded firmware version with:

Check Software Version:

  1. Start Pearl Cam Software or Pearl Impulse Software.

  2. In the Help menu, click About.

  3. The About dialog will open and display the software version.

Check Embedded Firmware Version

  1. Start Pearl Cam Software or Pearl Impulse Software.

  2. Click Instrument Information in the instrument status toolbar.

  3. The Instrument Information dialog will open.

    The Software Version listed in the Instrument Information is for the embedded firmware.

Check Software Version

  1. Start Image Studio Software.
  2. Click the Help  icon in the upper right corner of the window.

  3. In the Help window, click About Image Studio in the table of contents on the left.

    The Image Studio version will be displayed at the top of the page.

Check embedded firmware version

  1. Start Image Studio Software.

  2. Click the Image Studio Application button , point to Instrument, and then click Information.

  3. The software version listed in the Instrument Information dialog is for the embedded firmware.
