November 6, 2014, Lincoln, Nebraska: The WesternSure® ECL Substrate provides a high sensitivity formulation for detecting HRP-labeled secondary antibodies on Western blots in the sub-picogram range, at an affordable price. It is the latest addition to LI-COR's WesternSure Chemiluminescent Reagents line that includes chemiluminescent substrates, HRP secondary antibodies, stripping buffer, and the WesternSure Pen.
The substrate enables detection of up to sub-picogram quantities of antigen. It is optimized for use with digital imaging systems, including the C-DiGit® Blot Scanner and the Odyssey® Fc Imaging System, as well as film.

The product is available in 4 convenient sizes of 20 mL, 100 mL, 200 mL and 500 mL. Each substrate pack consists of Luminol Enhancer Solution and Stable Peroxidase Solution.
