IRDye 800CW BoneTag is a calcium-chelating compound conjugated to IRDye 800CW NIR Dye. This probe offers the ability to visualize bone anatomy and structures for an extended period. In addition, IRDye 800CW BoneTag may prove effective for studies dealing with bone metasis and bone remodeling studies.
Figure 1. Image of IRDye tumor specific agent and IRDye BoneTag optical probe. The pseudocolor represents the 800 nm channel with red representing the highest level of signal. The white arrow points to the tumor while the orange arrow points to stomach signal. The grey scale image represents the IRDye BoneTag incorporated in skeletal features (700 nm image).
