VRDye Protein Labeling Kits – High MW

VRDye™ Protein Labeling Kits – High MW are optimized to label primary or secondary antibodies for use with microscopy, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and other applications where fluorophore-conjugated antibodies are required. These kits may also be used to label proteins spanning the molecular weight range of 50 kDa to 200 kDa.

The kits are optimized for labeling 1 mg of an IgG antibody. For smaller amounts of antibody (100 µg), use the VRDye Protein Labeling Kits – High MW-Microscale.

Each kit contains:

  • 3 Reactive Dye vials (0.15 mg) (store at -20 °C)
  • 0.5 mL 1 M Potassium Phosphate (K2HPO4), pH 9 (store at 4 °C)
  • 25 mL PBS (store at 4 °C)
  • 0.5 mL ultra pure water (store at 4 °C)
  • 3 Zeba™ Desalting Spin Columns (store at 4 °C)

    Note: The minimum recommended protein molecular weight for these columns is 7 kDa.
