Sizing Standards are ideal for determining fragment size on a 4300 DNA Analysis System.
The 50-1500 bp size standard is composed of 15 IRDye® DNA fragments, provided in a lyophilized form. The DNA fragment sizes were selected to allow for rapid identification of bands and accurate sizing over the entire range.
LI-COR DNA sizing standards are available for detection in the 700 nm channel only, the 800 nm channel only, or for two-color detection in both the 700 and 800 nm channels.
