How Low Can You Go?

Exploring and understanding the increased efficiency of C4 plants is important to meet the growing world demands for food and fuel. Assessment of biochemical efficiency at low CO₂ requires a modification of the LI-6400/XT to control [CO2] down to 0 µmol CO₂ m^-1 air.  In this video we show the importance of low CO₂ measurements and how to modify your instrument to make these measurements.
