Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a LI-COR product, please .

Include Details

To help us evaluate your report, include the following details:

  • Reporter contact information. Include an email address and phone number.

  • Country where the product is physically located, if applicable.

  • Date and time that the issue was discovered.

  • Product name, serial number, and model. This is located on the serial number label and product badge.

  • Firmware and software version, if known.

  • Describe the nature of the vulnerability:

    • Was there suspected unauthorized access or malicious activity?

    • Why do you suspect unauthorized or malicious activity?

    • What functions were affected? Was data affected?

    • Is the problem still occurring?

  • Provide the steps to reproduce the finding.

Important: Do not includes passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal information.

After Reporting

LI-COR may contact you with questions about the issue. LI-COR will investigate reports and take measures to remedy the problem.
