Frequently Asked Questions

SoilFluxPro is a simple desktop application that provides powerful tools for advanced analysis of soil gas flux datasets. Easily recompute data with altered parameters, such as dead-band duration and measurement length to ensure the correctness of your results, quickly plot results and statistics to evaluate measurements individually or in groups, compute statistics for individual measurements or whole datasets, and more.
SoilFluxPro accepts .json files (from the Smart Chamber and LI-6800 6800-09 soil chamber), .81x files (from the LI-8100A), and can also be used to import data columns from files from non-LI-COR gas analyzers.
SoilFluxPro allows you to export .kml files for visualization with Google™ Earth, .81x, .csv, .txt, and summary records for fully-processed and corrected flux data.
