The instruction manual and online help now provide more details about fluorescence data analysis tools (available in v2.1). It includes examples that show how to work with data on the LI-6800.

Support for the LI-6878 Leaf Trace Gas Integration System
Support for trace gas measurements with LI-COR Trace Gas Analyzers, including the LI-7810 for CH4, LI-7820 for N2O, and LI-7825 for isotopologues of CO2. With trace gas analyzers, the new gases will be measured and results recorded in the dataset. This makes it possible to measure plant-mediated fluxes of gases and to directly measure mesophyll conductance using carbon isotope discrimination.
