This fluorescent dye is imaged in the 680nm range and is available in the following versions: NHS ester, maleimide, and carboxylate. The suite of related products includes IRDye 680RD protein labeling kits and optical probes for in vivo imaging applications on imagers including LI-COR's Pearl® Impulse Small Animal Imager and Odyssey® Infrared Imaging System.
