LI-COR Acquisition Software is used to acquire, organize, and adjust images from your Odyssey M Imager. Workflows guide you through the necessary steps using identical settings based on assay type to minimize sources of variability. Images are organized by assay and can be adjusted then exported for publication or analysis in Empiria Studio Software.

Get consistent, reliable results— every time

Each component of the Odyssey M Imaging System has been carefully considered to inherently minimize variability.

All images are captured using the same optical settings and, where possible, in a single acquisition. Users don’t need to adjust exposure time or laser intensity to obtain non-saturated images and available alignment guides ensure that plates and slides are positioned consistently.

Guided workflows in LI-COR Acquisition and Empiria Studio Software and features, such as Adaptive Lane Finding and Adaptive Background Subtraction, further eliminate sources of variability.
