Kit Components

The Western blotting kits provide enough secondary antibodies, blocking buffer, and membranes for 10 Western mini-blots.

Each kit contains one IRDye^® 800CW Dye-Labeled Secondary Antibody for the 800nm channel, plus an additional secondary antibody labeled with IRDye 680RD for the 700nm channel. Kits include10 Odyssey Nitrocellulose Membranes (0.22 μm, 7 cm x 8.5 cm), and either Intercept™ (TBS) Blocking Buffer or Intercept (PBS) Blocking Buffer.
