α-Tubulin primary antibody can be used for detection of α-Tubulin by Western blot or by In-Cell Western™ assay.
You need to validate the expression of tubulin, or any housekeeping protein (HKP), to ensure that its expression does not change under experimental conditions. Otherwise, quantitation cannot accurately be performed.
Once validated, α-tubulin primary antibodies can be used for detection of α-tubulin as a normalization antibody when performing two-color detection
Detect α-Tubulin Mouse Monoclonal Antibody with IRDye® Goat anti-Mouse or IRDye Donkey anti-Mouse secondary antibodies.
