β-Tubulin primary antibodies can be used for detection of β-tubulin by Western blot or by In-Cell Western assay.

You need to validate the expression of tubulin, or any housekeeping protein (HKP), to ensure that its expression does not change under experimental conditions. Otherwise, quantitation cannot accurately be performed.

Once validated, β-tubulin primary antibodies can be used for detection of β-tubulin as a normalization antibody when performing two-color detection.

Reactivity and Specificity

β-Tubulin antibody is supplied in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and <0.02% sodium azide.

Do not aliquot the antibody.
